Paula Ingram

Paula IngramPaula’s real estate career began by renovating 12 brownstones in the Brooklyn Heights area for her own portfolio. She opened Paula Ingram Realty in 1983 – the only full time commercial realty in Downtown Brooklyn. Her first commercial client was a seven billion dollar financial institution. She helped with the expansion of their main branch and handled all their foreclosures, both residential and commercial.In 1987, Paula sold her first office building on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. The buyer was the TreeLine Companies whom she introduced to the real estate market five years earlier. This long term year relationship with TreeLine has included the sale of three quarters of a million square feet of office space including the Real Estate Board of New York building on East 41st Street in Manhattan and hundreds of thousands of square feet of office leasing. Major transactions included firms such as ING Bearings, Federated Department Stores and JW Mays and Boymelgreen Developers.

Paula holds a BA from Syracuse University and earned a scholarship at the University of Rabat, Morocco in Arabic studies. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership and an officer of the Court Street BID which she helped to found.

Robert Hebron, Sr.

Bob HebronBob joined Paula Ingram Realty in 1992 with a background in development and finance. Bob and Paula formed Ingram & Hebron Realty a year later and the firm is now the dominant leasing brokerage in Downtown Brooklyn. Prior to Ingram & Hebron Realty, Bob was a developer in Marin County California where he and his partners acquired, operated and sold several apartment complexes, tracts of land and a large national retail site in San Rafael California.

From 1960 to 1975, Bob worked in the Management Consulting Division of Arthur Young & Co in New York and at Teledyne Industries in Albany Oregon. In both places he specialized in financial analysis, with special emphasis in cost analysis and capital budgeting.

Bob graduated from Queens College in Flushing New York with a BA and attended New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He presently lives in Brooklyn Heights.

Robert F. Hebron IV

Robert Hebron IVAfter more than fifteen years as a successful real estate agent in Marin County, California, Robert joined Ingram & Hebron Realty in January of 2004.

Robert is an Associate Broker and has held an active real estate license since 1987. He has represented both Landlords and Tenants in the leasing of hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial and retail space, virtually all of it in the Downtown Brooklyn marketplace

Caroline Pardo

Prior to joining Ingram & Hebron, Ms. Pardo served as director of leasing at Jamestown, focusing primarily on Industry City, where she helped launch the redevelopment of six million square feet on 30 acres of industrial property. During her tenure, she leased over 500,000 square feet of retail, industrial and office space. Notable leases included those of Li-Lac Chocolate, One Girl Cookies, Fashion Chef, Shyp, Juniper Design, Christophe Pourny, Alexis Bittar, Steven Alan, the MTA and MakerBot.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Pardo held several positions at Two Trees Management Co., most recently as managing director for its commercial leasing division.  At Two Trees she negotiated deals with Trader Joe’s, Barneys, Urban Outfitters, Lenscrafters, Red Mango, Etsy, Huge, West Elm, Aiden and Anais, to name a few.

At Ingram & Hebron, Ms. Pardo will use her vast owner and tenant representation experience to identify prospective tenants for the firm’s extensive listings.  She also will be responsible for creating ongoing new business opportunities with both landlords and tenants.  She will help identify new ideas and concepts that further enhance I & H’s position as a leader in Brooklyn real estate brokerage.

Ms. Pardo attended Hofstra University where she studied speech communications and rhetorical studies.  She was recognized in BisNow’s list of “New York Power Women 2014.”

Ms. Pardo serves as co-chairperson of both the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce real estate development group and the Brooklyn Historical Society real estate round table. She is a board member of Jazz Reach, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, performance, creation and teaching of jazz.

A resident of Brooklyn, Ms. Pardo is married and has four-year-old twins.

Investment Sales Team

Robert F. Hebron V

He joined Ingram realty doing administrative work as a freshman in high school in 2004, as the third generation at Ingram & Hebron. After receiving his salesperson license in 2008, he joined his family company as an agent. He is now serving as an Associate Broker. Rob studied Psychology at CUNY CSI, where he served four terms as a senator on the college’s Student Government. He went on to serve one term on USS, CUNY’s system wide Student Government.   Bosko Stankovic

Bosko StankovicBosko joined the company in summer 2012 as an intern.  He obtained his real estate sales person license in fall of 2012 and has become regular member of Ingram & Hebron Realty ever since. Bosko is a full time student at St. Francis College as well as the leading member of St. Francis College Water Polo team and NCAA Division I honored athlete. Bosko has been on the Dean’s list of outstanding students since 2010 as well a recipient of emerging student-leader award. He currently majors in Economics and Accounting, with concentration in Finance, and currently resides in Brooklyn Heights.
